In keeping with Cal-Western Packaging's goal of continuous improvement, a fully functional analytical laboratory was added in the fall of 2002. The laboratory is outfitted with the latest quality control instrumentation and test equipment to run the most current AOCS and AOAC methods for fortified edible oils testing. Led by a Quality Manager, the quality personnel have over 20 years of combined instrumentation and wet bench experience. The laboratory provides technical support for all of CWP packaging operations.
